Robert Trout is the founder of Action Life Project, LLC. A brain-based coaching practitioner with over 25 years of experience guiding individuals through meaningful, lasting change. With a master’s degree in counseling and a professional background rooted in intervention and treatment programs, Robert brings a deep understanding of human behavior, patterns, and the challenges people face when navigating life transitions or feeling stuck.
Throughout his career, Robert has specialized in facilitation, therapeutic practices, and experiential change models—equipping him with a dynamic, results-oriented approach to personal transformation. His work integrates principles from neuroscience, behavior science, and experiential learning to help individuals recognize and shift limiting belief systems, rewire unhelpful patterns, and build sustainable momentum toward their goals.
